T in the park is undoubtedly Scotland’s premier rock and pop festival. It has already won a record TWO wins at this year's UK Festival Awards!
It’s normally held on the second weekend of July. T in the park has become incredibly popular over the years, making it an almost instant sell-out. The 13th T in the Park will be held at Balado on 8/9th July 2006. Expect a great line-up of live acts and DJs. Past performers include: the Foo Fighters, Green Day, Travis, Keane, Embrace, The Streets, Audioslave, Beautiful South, The Killers, Prodigy, Kasabian, Ian Brown, Razorlight and many more.
It started in 1994 at Strathclyde Country Park in Glasgow, moving about 30 miles north of Edinburgh to the old airfield at Balado in 1997.
